Why MNT Condition?

MNT Condition is basically a rebrand from my previous business NamasteFit which I paused on when I moved from North FL to South FL a couple years ago. These last couple years I have felt something was missing and a huge part of who I am had been left behind. So MNT Condition was born! I am excited to bring all that I have dedicated my life to for the past 20+ years and what I believe is the trifecta of wellness, Mobility/Yoga, Nutrition and Training and share it with the world!
MNT (aka mint) is defined as the state of being like new. I have relentlessly pursued this in many ways for the last couple decades and want to share with you what I have learned along the way.
Through community centered online programs and one on ones, MNT Condition blends mobility, nutrition, and training into practical, research-backed plans—so you can optimize your body, reach your goals, and thrive in everyday life.
I truly believe there isn’t a “one all be all” when it comes to fitness & nutrition planning. Too often people push what THEY want you to do or what THEY believe in. Yes if you have specific goals like gaining muscle you have to eat enough & lift weights, etc. But we all have different goals, different foods we like & don’t like, different schedules and different genetics. So we have to look at that as a whole in an effort to help you be successful. THAT is what I strive to do. Most times, well almost 100% of the time, if you were forced to do a specific exercise regimen and diet that you hate, it will be short-lived. I am not here to knock other ways of training and eating, I am here to help find what works for YOU and build a community of individuals that want to be strong, healthy and have some fun along the way.
I’ve heard people say some ridiculous things such as “you like working out inside a gym with mirrors because of your ego and vanity” and “you choose to be vegan because you don’t care about protein”. I’m here to tell you I’ve been carnivore, pescatarian and vegan and with each of those gained strength, muscle and my goal weight. You just have to be smart about it. I want to build a community that is here to build each other up no matter what your personal choices may be.
